Advancing Portfolio-Level Site Collaboration in Neuroscience: Insights from J&J's Site and Patient Advisory Network Model
Wed, Oct 14, 2026 · 1:05–1:25 PM CEST InterContinental Barcelona
About this session
Based on insights gathered from sites, J&J established disease area–specific HCP advisory boards as part of its Site and Patient Advisory Network (SPAN) to create a structured approach to long-term site partnership and program development. Comprised of global expert trialists and KOLs, these advisory boards surface operational bottlenecks, feasibility barriers, and opportunities for earlier collaboration to inform program design, strengthen understanding of site realities, and support efficient trial execution.
