How a listing gets here

Organizers add their events
Organizers list a meeting themselves, with its agenda, speakers and venue. Our team adds the rest from organizers’ own websites.

A person checks every listing
Nothing goes live until someone on our team has read it against the organizer’s own page. Dates, venues and prices are kept current after that.

Attendees fill in the rest
People who went leave reviews, mark which sessions were worth it and suggest places near the venue. Every review comes from a signed-in account.
Who runs it
Clinical Trial Events is built by Revise, a team that makes software for people who run clinical trials. The calendar is free to read, and listing an event is free for organizers.
Data and credits
Details of places near each venue come from OpenStreetMap contributors through Geoapify, under the Open Database License. You can download that data and reuse it on the same terms.
