ISSUE: Three converging forces are reshaping pharmaceutical innovation — where it happens, who accesses it, and on what terms. Does Europe adequately recognise and reward innovation, and what are the consequences if not? Global pricing dynamics are sending complex signals to innovators. The US, long the anchor of pharmaceutical revenue, is introducing Most-Favored-Nation (MFN) pricing, adding further uncertainty.
