Dr. Xiaoyan Wang is a health policy and management scientist, clinical research and evidence-generation expert, and leader in healthcare AI. She is a Professor/Faculty member at Tulane University and a senior executive and chief scientist in health technology, where she leads the development of AI-enabled platforms for evidence generation, systematic literature review, real-world evidence, and clinical research. Her work focuses on integrating fragmented biomedical data with advanced AI and agentic technologies to accelerate evidence generation and improve clinical-development decision making. She has led research and technology programs spanning systematic reviews, real-world evidence, clinical trials, health economics and outcomes research, and AI evaluation, and has extensive experience translating emerging AI capabilities into real-world pharmaceutical workflows. She is a Fellow of the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) and has presented her work at major clinical research, oncology, health economics, medical informatics, and life-sciences conferences.
