Save Our Sites (SOS) Conference 2027

Save Our Sites (SOS) is a conference created by clinical research site owners for site leaders, focused on the day-to-day realities of running research sites. The 2027 edition comes to Austin, Texas — "a growing hub for innovation, collaboration, and site-based research" — at the University of Texas J.J. Pickle Research Campus. It opens on Thursday, February 18 with a welcome evening (Swedish ABBA Night, with sponsor booths open), followed by two main days on February 19–20 of sessions, interactive workshops, panel discussions and exhibit hall time.
