Session attendees will hear from experienced site leaders on underlying decisions that structure a site’s focus and emphasis on study budget negotiation. Hear recommendations and experiences on developing site strategy for pricing, preferences on study budget formats, and best practices on developing the site budget responses (including identifying hidden costs) prior to negotiation commencement. Presenters discuss on site preparedness to handle conversations on Fair Market Value, Investigator Compensation, engagement of third-party providers, etc.
