About this session
Some of the most challenging contracting situations don't fit neatly into a presentation deck. In this interactive session, attendees will present real-world negotiation challenges, difficult contract language, and unusual sponsor-site disputes to a panel of seasoned experts. The panel will discuss how they would approach each issue, where reasonable compromise may exist, and what factors should drive decision-making. Attendees will gain insight into how experienced professionals think through complex contracting problems and evaluate risk from multiple perspectives.
