S1102 - Stakeholder Engagement with a Purpose: My Role and Behaviors in Building Trust and Driving Success

Wed, Mar 19, 2025 · 10:30–11:40 AM CET Sydney Room, Congress Center Basel

About this session

Effective stakeholder engagement is essential for building trust between all partners in the drug development ecosystem. It is vital for progressing complex regulatory and policy challenges, to drive innovation and promote and protect public health. Simultaneously, more and more stakeholders disclose the need for increased collaboration and building truly sustainable partnerships that will allow that to happen.

Pfizer and EDQM have helped to design this highly interactive session. Participants will be invited to explore how stakeholders can contribute to meaningful stakeholder engagement, by focusing on individual behaviours and mindsets that are vital in building sustainable partnerships.

The session is designed so that participants work closely with one another in a focused yet energising environment, with an emphasis on dialogue and mutual understanding. The aim is to uncover diverse insights and perspectives, and to challenge assumptions about one another that may block collaborative potential.
