Escaping the Grind: Time Management in the Real World

About this session

Is the crowded daily work routine at your study site reaching overwhelming proportions? Does it feel as if you have too many things to do and not enough hours in the day? You're not alone. We will discuss how to find support in one another in the workplace when our caseloads can seem overwhelming, share some valuable tools we have used to help us stay organized when we are responsible for multiple studies, and offer some tips and tricks to make onboarding new coordinators a breeze, especially when you feel like you don’t have the time!
