EUCROF27 is the 10th annual EUCROF Clinical Research Conference, organised by the European CRO Federation and held 14–16 February 2027 at the Clarion Congress Hotel in Prague. Three days of networking, plenary and breakout sessions, and workshops bring together clinical research professionals from across Europe and beyond around four focus areas: connection, operational excellence, shaping the future, and knowledge-sharing, with programme content centred on regulatory and clinical operations topics. The keynote is given by Dr Peter Arlett, Head of the Data Analytics and Methods Taskforce at the European Medicines Agency.
