Ye Chin Lee

Ye Chin Lee is Vice President of Strategic Operations & Administration in the Chief Academic Office at Mass General Brigham, where she leads strategic enterprise initiatives across clinical research, industry partnerships, data and digital capabilities, and research operations. She leads Mass General Brigham’s Hospital Integrated Research Organization (HIRO), an enterprise platform that integrates Mass General Brigham’s clinical expertise, research infrastructure, and data assets to create a more coordinated, efficient, and data-driven model for pharma-sponsored research. Through HIRO, she leads the development of scalable approaches to study feasibility, startup, execution, and real-world evidence, working across investigators and institutional research capabilities to improve how industry-sponsored research is conducted across the health system. Ye Chin brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience spanning academic medicine, research, digital health, healthcare technology, organizational transformation, and strategic partnerships.
