Steven Cha

Novotech

Vice President, Medical & Scientific Strategy

Dr. Steven Cha is a hematologist-oncologist and bone marrow transplant physician with fellowship training at Stanford University with more than 20 years of oncology and hematology drug development experience. At Novotech, he guides medical and clinical development strategy for oncology programs. He previously held senior leadership roles including Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Oncology. His experience spans first-in-human through Phase III studies in solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. He has worked across targeted therapies, immuno-oncology, antibody-drug conjugates, and cell therapies, with particular expertise in dose selection, biomarker strategy, early proof of concept, and global development planning. Drawing on sponsor-side experience in the United States, Asia-Pacific, and Europe, he helps teams design studies that answer the next clinical and regulatory question.
