She has extensive expertise in project management and people leadership, gained through a long and successful career at IQVIA, where she has held multiple leadership roles and led large, diverse teams.Throughout her tenure, Shweta has been instrumental in developing and mentoring CRAs and people managers, enabling their progression into broader and more complex roles within the organization. Her leadership style focuses on capability building, operational excellence, and sustainable talent development.
