Sarah Bednarski is Head of Clinical Operations, ad interim, and most recently supported the organization as Senior Director of Core Capabilities, Clinical Operations. She is an experienced clinical operations leader with a passion for leveraging data, analytics, and innovative thinking to solve complex operational challenges and improve trial execution. Throughout her career, she has championed risk-based quality management, business intelligence, patient recruitment, start-up excellence, and process transformation initiatives that drive efficiency and generate meaningful insights. Sarah believes that creatively combining data with operational expertise is key to delivering better outcomes for patients, sites, study teams, and organizations.
