Santosh Shevade is a healthcare innovation strategist with over two decades of experience spanning global clinical development, digital health, and AI-driven analytics. He currently works as a Principal Data Consultant with Straive/Gramener, advising Big Pharma and Life Science clients on AI adoption and operationalization. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles in clinical operations at Novartis and Johnson & Johnson. He is a visiting faculty member at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and Welingkar Institute of Management, a certified MBTI trainer, and a published researcher in digital health and machine learning.
