Reb Tayyabkhan is the Head of R&D Sourcing and Procurement at Merck and oversees a team that supports the Merck Research Laboratories across Discovery, PreClinical, Global Development, Regulatory, HEOR and Medical Affairs. Prior to joining Merck in 2019, he was the Head of Research & Global Development Sourcing at Regeneron and prior to that, held various Clinical Operations leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb overseeing Data Management, Regional Clinical Operations and Vendor & Outsourcing Management. Reb previously worked as a management consultant at PwC and a manufacturing engineer at Merck. Reb holds a Bachelors in Chemistry from NYU, a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Cornell and a MBA from NYU Stern.
