Rashna Cama

Dr. Rashna Cama is Senior Director & Head of APAC Medical Science & Strategy at IQVIA. With more than 15 years at the organization, she has extensive experience in medical oversight, clinical research, and the leadership of medical teams supporting complex clinical-development programs. She has worked across the interface of scientific strategy, medical governance, and clinical operations, partnering with multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams to translate development strategies into effective study execution. Her experience has given deep insights on the practical challenges of bringing increasingly complex and innovative therapies through clinical development. Her professional interests include advanced therapies, and new models of clinical research and healthcare delivery. At DIA India 2026, she will discuss radiopharmaceuticals as an emerging frontier in precision oncology, looking beyond the science to the clinical, operational and healthcare ecosystem required to make these therapies scalable and accessible.
