Prantika Khetarpal is a Pharmacovigilance Industry Leader within the Business Process Services- Life Sciences, at Tata Consultancy Services. With over 20 years of deep expertise in pharmacovigilance, patient safety, and global regulatory environments, Prantika has built an impressive track record across thought leadership, large‑scale consulting, innovative solution design, and academic contributions. Her extensive experience spans PV operations management, strategic consulting, and program leadership, including serving as a PV Program Director and Ex‑Regional Head, collaborating closely with EU and UK QPPVs along with Local QPPVs. She is also the author of the Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF) and has published influential work, including a white paper on “Pharmacovigilance System Master File and Inspection Readiness.” In her current role, Prantika drives client engagement, leads solutions portfolio prioritization, and shapes comprehensive strategies by harnessing multidisciplinary expertise across delivery and technology groups.
