Dr. Neema Bisht, Co-Founder and Director of SuccessInPharma. She co-founded SuccessInPharma to solve a problem she lived through herself – the gap between clinical education and what pharmaceutical companies actually expect from day one. Having made her own transition from healthcare into the pharmaceutical industry, she understood firsthand what the gap felt like. That understanding shaped SuccessInPharma’s production-ready training model which is built around real pharma workflows, regulatory standards, and the competencies clinical research organizations (CROs) and pharma companies hire for. At SuccessInPharma, Dr. Bisht leads curriculum design, pharmacovigilance education, clinical research training, and strategic partnerships. Her approach is outcome-first — building training frameworks that mirror real industry work and providing one-on-one guidance tailored to each student’s background and career goals. She is building SuccessInPharma toward a purpose larger than individual career outcomes — giving healthcare professionals across Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, and Life Sciences a genuine pathway into global pharmaceutical and CRO careers. Dr. Bisht holds a BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree and is a member of the Indian Dental Association.
