Natalie Fishburn is Executive Vice President and Head of Global Clinical Operations at Novartis, where she leads the global organization responsible for the delivery and oversight of clinical trials across development phases and therapeutic areas. She brings nearly three decades of experience in clinical operations, having also held global and local leadership roles in AstraZeneca, Pfizer and Merck, and has lived and worked in 6 countries across Asia Pacific and Europe. She holds a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
