Martin Parkinson is an executive director and the EU HTA Regulation lead for Health Economics and Market Access within Evidera PPD. A pharmacists by training he has worked as a payer in the UK national health service, and within a top 5 global pharmaceutical company in market access and payer strategy. He has led more than 20 major projects helping health technology developers navigate and adapt to the EU HTA Regulation especially the Joint Scientific Consultation and Joint Clinical Assessment.
