Dr. Lisa Deng is the Director of Liver Clinic at the San Francisco VA Healthcare System and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Deng's academic mission is to improve outcomes for patients with advanced liver disease through integration of geriatric and palliative care principles into hepatology care. She completed medical school, Internal Medicine residency, Gastroenterology and Transplant Hepatology fellowships at the University of California, San Francisco.
