Lam Calderon is a clinical operations leader with more than 15 years of experience managing global clinical trials across therapeutic areas. Currently serving as Lead Clinical Study Manager at Takeda, Lam leads the operational strategy, planning, and execution of complex, multinational clinical development trials. Throughout her career, she has successfully overseen CRO and vendor partnerships, cross-functional study teams, and global trial execution to deliver high-quality clinical research. In recent years, Lam has been particularly focused on advancing patient trial equity through the implementation of innovative recruitment and retention strategies designed to increase participation from minority and underrepresented patient populations.
