Julia Persson, MSc

Scita Health

Julia Persson is the founder and CEO of Scita Health, a Copenhagen-based company building precision prevention for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, and a participating organisation in the WHO/Europe Public Health Innovation Platform. She is the founding architect of the Nordic Charter for Women's Health 2040, developed with the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies; its methodology was published in The Lancet Obstetrics, Gynaecology, & Women's Health in January 2026. She serves on the EU advisory board for myHealth@myHands. Before Scita, she spent more than 20 years leading digital transformation in regulated industries at Accenture, AWS, Swedbank and Maersk.
