Dr. Osterman is a board-certified medical oncologist with over 10 years of experience bridging the gap between community-based patient care and cutting-edge clinical research. She serves as the Executive Medical Director of the TIME Network at Tempus AI, partnering with oncology research sites to democratize patient access to clinical trial opportunities, and is a Clinical Consultant for Triple Aim Partners, supporting initiatives to increase access to oncology care in rural areas. Before Tempus AI, she was an Associate Medical Director of Real World Evidence at Flatiron Health and a medical oncologist at a community practice in Asheville, NC.
