Catherine Wu is a member of the National Academy of Medicine and the 2026 recipient of the Richard V. Smalley Memorial Award. Her laboratory uses genomics-based approaches to discover immunogenic antigen targets, and she has led early phase trials of personalized tumor vaccines in melanoma and glioblastoma.
