About this session
This lecture will examine how modern spatial omics technologies are transforming liver research by enabling high-resolution mapping of the cellular and molecular architecture of healthy and diseased liver tissue. It will highlight recent advances in spatial transcriptomics, high-plex imaging, and multimodal profiling, with a focus on applications in primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma.
