This presentation will outline how intelligent automation helped create, send, and receive RFPs online to more efficiently select clinical trial vendors. Using case studies, it will describe how instant comparative analytics enabled real-time, 1:1, and side-by-side RFP comparisons. This allowed the sponsor to rapidly identify key diverging cost/quality drivers between CROs in areas such as project management, regulatory, site management, etc. Equipped with this information, the sponsor was able to make informed decisions, have more targeted discussions, save significant time and resources, and most importantly, select the right vendor in terms of price and quality.
