Many decisions that shape trial delivery are made before the first site opens. Technology makes it easier to turn information into answers, but an answer doesn't tell us what's missing or what could change the plan. This session explores how we question assumptions, assess risk, apply context, and communicate what matters. As our tools evolve, so must the conversation we have with technology.
