AI is no longer a future trend—it's an active force transforming the way we design, manage, and monitor clinical trials. This year’s Leadership Forum will focus on how CDM leaders can harness AI to drive smarter processes, reshape roles and skills, and ensure regulatory readiness in a rapidly evolving environment. Through real-world case studies, regulatory insight, and peer exchange, we’ll address the most urgent questions facing CDM leaders today:
- How do we integrate AI without compromising data quality?
- How do we prepare and upskill our teams?
- How do we rethink processes to truly leverage automation and analytics?
The SCDM Leadership Forum is a high-level strategic gathering designed for senior leaders in Clinical Data Management and Regulatory Affairs. Held annually as part of the SCDM Annual Conference, it offers a unique platform for industry executives to explore emerging challenges, share strategic insights, and shape the future of clinical data science. The 2025 edition will build on the success of previous years, featuring thought-provoking discussions on topics such as AI evolution, regulatory shifts, and global data integrity, all within a collaborative and forward-looking environment.
All Leadership Forum participants are also invited to the Leadership Forum dinner starting at 7:30 pm. Location and details will be shared with participants.
