About this session
Nearly five years ago, ICON established a clinical data science group by integrating its clinical risk management and clinical data management functions, streamlining processes, and redefining roles. In 2023, ICON initiated a search for a unified clinical data platform to manage data review, central monitoring, and medical review, including support for risk-based quality management (RBQM). In early 2024, ICON selected Medidata’s Clinical Data Studio.
