About this session

Issue: VBHC was designed as a framework for patient-centred care, condition-specific outcomes, and the use of PROs to support benchmarking and inform value-based payment (VBP). Despite this conceptual clarity, VBHC has struggled to achieve consistent operationalisation. Its growing relevance is reflected in the ISPOR Top 10 HEOR Trends, where VBHC now ranks third.
