Part of Session 7, Track D & E: TMF Standard V1 (Chair: Jamie Toth, BeOne Medicines).

Technology providers will play a critical role in translating the TMF Standard Model V1 from an industry standard into day-to-day practice. This interactive panel will bring together eTMF and clinical technology vendors to share their perspectives on the opportunities, challenges, and practical considerations associated with implementing V1.
Panelists will explore how changes to the model including expanded Record Types, standardized metadata, integration of the Investigator Site File, and the addition of eClinical system records may influence technology design, configuration, interoperability, and the way organizations manage their TMF. The discussion will also consider the role of AI and automation, approaches to transitioning from existing TMF structures, and how technology can enable stronger oversight and connectivity across sponsors, CROs, and sites.
Attendees will hear directly from vendors about how they are preparing for V1 and what organizations should be thinking about now as the industry moves toward adoption of the new standard.
