About this session
NovoArc is developing a next-generation platform for extrahepatic RNA delivery, enabling targeted delivery of nucleic acids to immune cell-rich tissues beyond the liver and laying the foundation for in vivo immune cell engineering. The platform is built on proprietary, semi-synthetic archaeal tetraether lipids and a unique lipid engineering capability that enables the rational design and optimization of tissue-targeted lipid nanoparticles with tailored delivery properties.
