CARBio Therapeutics is a bio-venture company established in 2021 through investment from angel investors, including six doctors. Infrastructure has been completed through the establishment of in-house full facilities and equipment, including the Super Cy-CAR platform, LMO facilities, and specialized researchers. Preclinical trials for CLDN18.2-targeted, humanized CD19-targeted, and GPC3-targeted Cy CAR-T cells as treatments for gastric, pancreatic, hematological, autoimmune diseases and liver cancers have been completed.
