Vasthera is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing first-in-class small-molecule therapeutics for rare and chronic diseases with high unmet needs. Our proprietary Redoxizyme™ platform generates protein oxidation modulators (POMs) designed to restore dysregulated redox signaling across multiple diseases. By targeting a central mechanism underlying oxidative stress, our approach aims to enable disease-modifying outcomes beyond symptomatic control. Our lead program VTB-10 is an oral therapy for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), currently in Phase 1.
